To ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier company with utmost safe packing. Delivery can take 3-5 working days for metro cities and 5-7 working days for the rest of India. If the Product is in stock, we dispatch the product within 24 hours (except Sunday & National Holidays) of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about the availability of the product within 2 days. In case if we are unable to deliver the product through courier then we deliver it through India Post. Any delay caused by the Courier Company or India post is not our responsibility.
There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made, you can get in touch with the support team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order. It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. If an order is canceled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable within 10 working days.
The order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.
For a defective product, it should be sent to us for inspection. The shipping charges need to be paid by the buyer. If found defective, the re-shipping charges are not charged from the buyer, but if the error was not found, the buyer has to pay for re-shipping as well.
If an order is prepaid and the customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice, and other items.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us, mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If the product is defective, wrong product, damaged, or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will verify the details and will issue a 100% refund/replacement (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). No return or refund claims will be entertained once the return period is over.
